NatureScope offers a well-equipped space suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities. Whether you’re planning a class, hosting an event, or running a regular group, our flexible hall can be tailored to your needs.

NatureScope is a great place to have a party, meeting, run a club, workshop or class.

We have underfloor heating, male and female toilets with baby-changing facilities, as well as a basic kitchen area. Also included in your hire, you are welcome to use the front garden, our 6 height-adjustable tables, and the 12 adult and 24 children’s chairs. We generally recommend 25-30 as a comfortable number of guests. If the space is to be used as a reception area i.e. people standing, then it could accommodate 50.
The Centre has an enclosed back garden - we're working on plans to relaunch our nature conservation, environmental education, and outdoor craft activities. Keep an eye on our Nature and Ecology and Schools Programme pages for updates coming soon. As this is an educational space it is not included in the hire.
If you are looking for food and drinks for your event, our neighbours at the Skylark Café can provide catering for the Naturescope, including children’s party food, afternoon tea, canapés, and hot or cold drinks.
